Anime. Do You Ever Think It Will Die Out? - Page 4

I don't think it will ever die out. But I think that there will be times when the market is saturated with it and times when there aren't a ton of series and movies coming out.

Don't really think. Cause the best thing are made to last forever. Just look METALICA. They are old, but they rock again and again and again.

i think it wil last, but it will have moments where people will forget it, but then another generation will pick up un it.

there is a possibility that it could die out. and to me it would be a big deal. but like our easy lives in elementary school...all good things must one day come to an end. but it probably won't happen for at least 50 yrs. if anime does die out. it would so BITE! i would be very upset. but why dwell on what could come to pass...we should be dwelling on the present right now...

everything dies out? Not really, it just gets updated/better/changes. But a lot of stuff in the world now existed in some form or another at any given time in the past that humans existed.

And seeing as how anime is just a style of art....it probably wont be dying out ...not unless japan does, or the world. It WILL change and perhaps some wont consider it anime or something. And it wont be on TV eventually, it'll be on whatever we will be using as the newer version of tv, etc etc. Even now, anime is changing a lot, its a lot more cg'ed (hell, look at Appleseed, its almost COMPLETELY cg, yet its still "anime". so yeah.

So, just like everything else, it'll change, maybe a lot maybe a little, but it will be around for a VERY long time, just in different forms.
