Any good anime series

Really... i haven't seen any good anime series in a while.

Any anime with a long and good story.

Action story :

Gundam Seed
Macross
Inuyasha
Nadesico
Fullmetal Alchemist

LoveStory :

El Hazard
Kanon

Or for the funny thing try Exel Saga

i agree on FMA that was insane and it's 51 epps.

Then Naruto which is ongoing and is on 100 and something epps at the moment.

And another which i just finnished Last Excel that was sweet.

All I really watch is comedy anime anymore -- if you want subliminal goodness and a lot of laughs - try out Azumanga Daioh and Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, and for Action /Comedy try Jing: King of Bandits! I love Jing!

Just for an overall great anime - try RahXephon and Happy Lesson, FLCL and Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu. Those are some animes I have seen every episode of and loved. ^_^

Ive actually seen all of those.
And no anime that gets released now can even compare to them...

Thats why i hardly watch anime now.

FMA finished about a month ago.
Now i only follow Naruto.

So did you see Full metal panic ? The first and second Season was good. Also you could possibly think about seeing some old one. Like "Maze" or also "outlaw Star"

Here are some new animes that are still coming that I think are worthwhile:

Gankutsuou -- a great adaptation on The Count of Monte Cristo , the animation is quite good and unique

My Hime -- a good schoolgirl action themed anime, great animation

School Rumble -- another romantic comedy, though done before, i still think this one is hilarious

Bleach -- another action anime, about deathgods, spirits, etc. quite good
Yakitate Japan -- an comedy about bread! yes, believe it, and its good too
