Rurouni Kenshin is ok, some parts can be slow,

Love Hina definately for the comedy.

Well pure action, go for Basilisk.
For pure romantic comedy, Ah Megumi Sama. (ah my goddess)

They made a series and I watched what I could of it and it was simply a great show.
It defintly does justice to the OVAs and the movie.

But one question....WHO THE HELL THOUGHT OF MINI-GODDESS!

Whats oh my godess about it sound interesting

A college boy whos very very unlucky gets visited by a goddess and out of sheer disbelief he wishes that she would stay with him forever.
Watch the OVA, than watch the series which is, to my knowledge, still airing in japan.
The series is a recreation of the original series, it just goes much much further into detail about everything.
They stretch the first 10 minutes of the OVAs out into an multiple episodes.
The series has my extremerecomendation.

I see, if they have it I'll look at it Tomarow. I also thought of Hellsing. I wanna get an anime that isnt real short but not something thats like 20 DVDs (Inuyasha is definitley out of the question. Even though I think Shippou deserves his own spin off)

well you should check out azumanga daioh funny stuff...stoooopid osaka..
also one piece is good if like pirates ARGHHHHH that should keep you occupied for awhile they are in epi 200+ i think i dont remember.You should also check out Get Backers that one is pretty good 49 epis....hmm ithat should be bout it for me well right now atleast...
