Hello Im into SAMURAIs bid time, and was wondering if anybody knew of any really good anime series that are more adult driven, with blood and whatnot. A series thats more realistic to a point, im not into the kiddy versions. Thanks for any help, much appreicated!!!!!

Awwww......man! That SUCKS i was getting all pumped up about it, does anyone have the series or even parts of it!?! Or should this be a question in the trade room? sorry if it is, just remove it please! Thanks

So if your into the dark, gory, fountains of blood type of samurai genre, then you'd probably be into 'Ninja Scroll' the movie. 'Ninja Scroll' the TV series isn't a gory as the movie, (but this is to be expected coming from a cable TV series...)
For something with more class, you could try the Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli film 'Princess Mononoke'. And if you don't mind Sci-Fi remakes of classic samurai stories, there is 'Samurai Seven' which is a Sci-Fi series remake of the Kurosawa film 'The Seven Samurai'...
All of these, as well as 'Samurai Champloo' are licensed anime, so you'll have to either save up the $$$ for the DVDs or trade for them...

Thanks Ive seen Ninja Scroll and almost bought it but was wondering how good it really was? Thanks! And Samurai 7 was on sell for $20 for a three disc set, I think Ill get these unless some one has them!?!
