 Credits: 1,421 | Art Program Anyone know a good pc art program simular to photoshop but not as expensive? The only things i need are the basics, layers ability and if posible a few filters. |

Credits: 26,341 | Re: Art Program Here is a link to the GIMP website where you can get that program free: www.gimp.org Other choices would be paintshop but I am sure you have to pay for that as well. Also you could just use good old MS Paint also free but not the best program in the world for GFX.
