Which is better paint.net or gimp

Which one do you think is better because I'm about to start training to be a waller

(Yeah I get to stay home from school today)

I'd say GIMP, but the best program to use is still Photoshop (Cause its the industry-standard). But unless you get the program through your School/Job or you buy it (If you have the money), its hard to get your hands on.

I use Photoshop CS.

I'll go for Gimp cause it is a free licenced Unix prog.... Gimp is the Photoshop, Unix version. The developer of unix, helped by the Adobe developers, Have created this for man use.
