    Blurry and Grainy Sketches

    I don't know but whenever i scan in my sketches my scanner always give me dark marks that makes my picture blurry. Does anyone know how to get ride of it?

    It's probably picking up graphite smudges.

    The only way I know to avoid them is to scan it as a line drawing. You will still get some spots but it will be easier to clean up.

    That or just be very careful not to smudge the picture when you're drawing it.

    Myuh

    Another thing that could help is to do a final product (before scanning) in ink. this helps to prevent smudges. Another thing could also be to try cleaning the scanning glass.

    scan it without the inkt and draw it back on the PC.

    Thanks , I have another question... when you scan an image is the paper supposed to look yellow? ^^' Srry i'm kind of computer dumb

    It doesn't suppose to, but if the paper you draw on is yellow the....

    no it shouldnt look yellow. odd. but like Arianna asked, if you let us know the paper type we might have more answers for ya.
