can anyone help me learn how to draw manga?

Anyways... I suggest that if you're a beginner and you're trying to COPY pictures to improve off of them...

..... try simple drawings first. Extremely detailed animes aren't the best of things...

Have you seen the NIS-ATLUS games? ...you know Phantom Brave, Disgaea, etc etc etc.... it's a simple, yet unique art-style, is it not?

I love the style... it's rather easy to copy... verys traightforward with shapes and curves, nothing too organic, y'know?

Try simple anime series drawings... try simple anime characters...

Such as Hideki from Chobits. He's easy...

Start from the bottom, work to the top.

Work hard, and maybe... just maybe... you'll be satisfied with your art style...

Yeah Hideki is kinda easy, I drew a really good picture of Ayeka's head from Tenchi Muyo.. Not sure how difficult that is but its the best i've ever drawn

well im working on drawing my own manga right now and im pretty good...ive learned its all about proportion and postioning of eyes. My eye technique is like this- http://jitspoe.planetquake.gamespy.c...eye1/eye05.jpg

i'd suggest that you'd find your one style and run with it! good luck!

...Agreed. Copying really helps you develop your skills and also helps you develop your own style of drawing after a while (I'm not one to talk though, I'm just so-so)
