Can furit make people fat? i think yes because i was eating furit all last week and i gain 2 pound. what do you people think can furit make people fat?

Too much of anything is a bad thing, even if fruit has a bunch of good stuff in it, if you eat too much of it, you will gain weight.

fruit is loaded with carbohydrates and sugar. yes it can make you gain weight...

Well, fruit can be pretty sweet, so that could be a cause some weight gain, and it is very juicy, which could lead to weight gain, from liquids. So yeah, I think you can gain weight from it.

Eat enough of ANYTHING and it will make you fat... It also depends on the kind of fruit... Olives have 80%-90% of their calories from fat. Avocados (sometimes called alligator pears) range from %25-%40 fat by weight content...

You have to eat a balanced diet... you can't just have fruit. But, it's a lot better for you than all the other junk they have out there.
