If it did no one could read the above statement, as it does not contain actual words. Rather the mind associates words and phrases along with a "thought spelling" with the "known" meaning and has the ability to detect erroneous words (mainly ones that it has seen before) and offer a close actual substitute depending on the level of misspelling and the complexity of the intended word. For example what is this word: Croamtpnleemy? I doubt anyone can “read” it at first glance or without some deep thought and probably reordering of the words in some fashion until they derived the actual word Complementary.
