every time i try to put a picture on my sig it says it's to big and whan i find the right size it changes my avatar instead

The sig uploader still seems to be down. Try using a picture hosting site such as Photobucket and put the url in the sig box. The format is [IMG]url[/IMG].

yeah used a image hoster for now, since the sig uploader is down but not the edit sig section
