Characters of my Anime show

Hi Guys,
Currently I am working on the outfits of my Indian (as from India- Asia) Anime characters for my story. My story takes place in ancient India. It is tale of noble swordmen, demons, assassins, etc. For my characters I used traditional Indian swordmen outfits which includes: Lungis (the cloth that they around their waist, of which there are 10 variations), tight cotten pants (inside), Kadia (the metallic rings on their arms), and finally stylistic Indian Vests or other shirts. Here are the pictures, please take a look at them and tell me what you think:

Drawing Indian outfits isn't that much of a problem for me, but I am still working on the faces. I want to use anime style and make Indian characters. If it isn't much to ask, please take a look at the following authentic Indian Artwork that I found from an another website, and tell me what characteristics you see in them. So that I can use them to make the faces of my Indian anime characters.

Hmm, seems like a good idea. What I see of the faces is a larger nose than Japanese anime. Most Japanese anime characters have small noses. And also the eyes will be wider, And lower than anime eyes. That's really all I can tell you. But maybe you should check out the new Prince of Persia games for ideas.

Do you mean write the characteristics like this?

okay most have long hair.(Stating the obvious)
very detailed in the clothes.They look as if they ave eyeliner on.slight blush on the cheeks.Also most are very light...I think all of them are light.Anyway that's what I think you met.I hoped I helped in anykind of way.
