Personally, they both suck in compairison to Lucy/Nyuu from Elfen Lied, cause she was all defective like the both of them, but she went around murdering people.

kinda going out on a limb but chii is cooler to me, only reason i say that is because i havent looked into DearS much beside the first manga volume.
