Well I'm not Asian and I want very much to teach my sons about it. I love knowledge and learning and celibrating culture. I just wish I knew more but I guess I have to start somewhere.

Yeah, it's that time of year again. Hopefully the year of the Rooster will be a good one. This year, I have some family over from Hong Kong, so we should be having alot of fun. ^^

Anyway, i'm thinking of sending out some e-cards to a few people here, so keep a look out for them. And Happy New Year to everyone here I don't manage to get in touch with.

Happy asian new years to everyone! It's celebrated in Feb because according to the Chinese calender Feb is the begining of the new year.

i know little of this holiday; what are mooncakes made of again? and i read about a game that gilrs and boys play of looking into a bowl of water and if you see another person in that bowl, that's the person you are to marry in the future? do they have a name for that? i'm even explaining it correctly?
