Without further explination I'm not sure we can help you much. Are you using IE or FF? The only way I know to change the interface of a program without coding is by using 'skins' to alter the appearance. I think Firefox has skin options but i'm not sure about IE.

For skinning, you could use Window Blinds. It has many custom windows skins, and ways to mod new ones without too much coding. But be warned, not only does it consume system resources, it is somewhat unstable and will often crash when the cpu or ram is taxed by another program.

If you just want to change the colors of the max/min/close buttons, right click the desktop (in xp), choose property, then the appearance tab. Select the appropriate section, and alter the color box.

For FF, you can create your own gui by altering the CSS files. This will take a good amount of time and patience, as well as a strong grasp of how CSS works. DON"T TRY IT UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU CAN DO IT, and back up before attempting.

I could brush you off by saying "google it", but that would discourage you.

    http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/

That's the link. The program is free.
