Congress and Bureaucracy
Is our model congress and bureaucracy systematically and politically correct? Or is it flawed in a way?
I find the congress flawed because of the separation of power in it, but our bureaucracy doesn't look very flawed at all.

Define "politically correct".
Actually the seperation of powers is why the government works. A system of checks and balances prevents any one person or group from gaining enough power to take over in a power struggle like the ones that tore England apart in the centuries previous to the founding of the US.
If you could say what you see as "flaws", with examples, it might help others answer your question.
