I was just wondering how many of u guys/gals gots a dad who actually knows how to cook a real meal..like..a full time meal....i know my dad can cook just about as good as any other mom out there and that part about him really does amaze me..

Another question: How many of u guys know how to cook for yourselves? Do u guys actually cook for yourselves most of the times? (not ramen noodles or those easy prep type meal things where u jus pop it into the microwave XD)

I myself can cook food for meselfies and can make alot of desert type foods...i usually specialize in baking cookies and making pies..i guess u could say im a baker not really a meal maker =P

Actually I'm a lucky guy. I know how to cook for myself and for other.

I give sometime diner to friends and familly. I'have worked 5 or 6 years in my school cafeteria in my young time.... think this helped my statut a little...

My cooking book is filled with a lot of thing; Soup, Desert,Main dish, ... all that it's take to make a great dinner.

I am the main meal preparer in my household. I enjoy cooking, but I'm kinda bad at baking... can't make bread to save my life . I don't have a specialty, but my husband tells me that I make a mean Mongolian Beef and he's been asking for Tonkatsu lately, so being that tomorrow is his birthday, that is what I'm going to make him for his birthday dinner.

Well, my husband can cook a mean breakfast and can follow a recipe. I also have a guy friend who is nearly as big a cooking freak as I am. (He just bought a Kitchen Aid Pro6, I am so jelouse.) But my dad.....

Lets just say he's good with KFC, or boil pouches, he's really good with boil pouches.

Heh, I have one of thoes mixers, good stuff. I don't really like the way you put in the bowl tho, it scratches the paint.

But anyways, all I dare to make are cookies. At one point I made cookies every week, even made a batch of over 120 once. I should get back in to it, but I can't find any good cookie recipies around, which is the main reason I stopped.

I could sure go for a convection oven right now... but they're pricey.
