copyright wallpapers

hello guys and gals?

like the title above, how we know it is copyrighted wallpapers or not. I mean, when i save a wallpapers how we know it is a copyrighted wallpapers or not if there is no information on the web or on the pics?

just try google then write anime wallpapers and i got many...
but like animewallpaper.com not give the information--can i spell the site? i hope i can..

or maybe i do not know where they put the information.

I would think tht it's illegal to take n say tht it's ur own work. Tht's wut the copyright law is abt right?

I dunno, if u use like any bit of the pic unchanged I still think u get slapped for breaking copyright. But U changed it sigificantly I should think u'll be alright. But u can like e-mail the creator and ask for their permission to use the pic.

if you modifiy a wallpaper its not illegal until you realease it. If you keep it on your computer and don't give it out saying its your work then its perfectly fine.

usually when you release something to the pubilc. the end user right agreement covers it. you are free to modify it. as long as you dont take credit for the original artwork.
