they have a ton of tutorials on all the different ways to create web pages. and css is one of them. here is a more direct link to css http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp if you click on the refrence link it has a list of a good number of the commands used in the tutorials.

*pssst* (s)he was looking for css coding for mouse pointers, w3schools didn't have it :P
but yeah, good pointer....w3school has taught me a lot over the years.
