you see he about a year and a half ago my freind started having heart problems due to high cholesteral. (I think thats how you spell it) anyway, his docter said that he had to start working out mor and get in to better shape. so I introduced him to DDR.

Well before you know it he begane to lose weight gain muscle mass and his ceolesteral began to drop.

On a side note: I myself dont really like the game too much, but seince it helped my freind jout I really cant say anything bad about it.

Oh, jeez... I'm laughin' my arse off. Forget the Atkin's diet, Cortislim, or any other health dealies. DDR is the way to go! Bemani should get into the healthcare market, they'd be rich!

I can't do all the 9's, but I'm working on Can't Stop falling in Love (Speed Mix). If I learn what the crossover's are, then I can do that one.. I just have to stop in the arcade when I'm in the mall. It's my "excercise" .
Think of it as a rotating crossover, start with your left on the left facing to the right, it goes in two's after the 2nd set immediatly spin left to do the top crossover and you'll see it in your mind then and your feet will match up. Try it a few times and you'll get it. If you crossover more naturally the other way you can try that as well. A few of my friends do it the other way I just find the other easier and it seems to flow better, but its all about personal preference/comfort

Sync is a good song to practice your crossovers as they are a bit slower and you can read them then just speed up the same idea for Can't Stop Falling in Love. I actually use Sync as a warm up song. Course I've started doing Matsuri Japan from the start which sometimes kills me cause I like to show off on it lol then I limp away bleh

Sync on Heavy is a excellent example to do cross-overs. Most other people would tell you to play songs like Rhythm & Police and Exotic Ethnic but the cross-overs in those songs are much tougher but then again I learned how to do them in Rhythm & Police.

I can pretty much pass every 10 except for some of the more tougher ones (PSMO, Legend of Maxx). There are some that I have yet to try though.
    Too cool for a sig.

i think it's alright. too much happy techno for me i think. they need to have like some ghetto beats in that hiz house. like the instrumental to Headsprung by LL Cool J. song's got a phat beat. i'd definitely bust a flow to that tune.

yeah R and P are more then crossovers though as you have some odd patterns if you look at it one way but they do flow, just more of a back and fourth shuffle lol

speaking of Tsugaru I like the steps in Apple Mix a bit better
