No. You obviously didn't read my last line, Deviantart lost it's soul ages ago and no one here cares about the site anymore.

I'm a member of DeviantArt. Dont think I have anything to really worry about in concern to personal information seeing that I really dont have anything inputed that would be valuable.

Oh well, some people are more concerned than others I guess. No offence.

Concidering that its ranked in the top 500 websites based on traffic, it has over 17,100,000+ peices of art (almost 200 of those are mine), and well over a million "deviants", which a good deal of AO members count them selves as "Deviants", I think a good deal of people care about the site. I just think that you don't care.

Ok, enough. What's wrong with you two?

Are there any known reasons why certain people of DA neglected making a Privacy Policy?

See I don't blame you for liking Deviantart, Ace. Despite all my hatred for the site I once cared for it deeply, I just heavily disagree with alot of the decisions and turns they've made. There are still some nice folks there though.

Jark said that every time he wanted to put one up, he was Railroaded. Concidering its in violation of a California Privacy act (Websites are bound by the laws of the Area that their server resides, in dA's case, L.A.), they should put one up, or they could get sued, or even worse, shut down.

So... They can't be forced to put one up?

Yes, but who'd pay the legal costs. Eventually, its going to happen.
