Thread: Did anyone see the ending to Wolf's Rain last semester?

I don't know what the ending was supposed to mean maybe they were reborn again

I've always presumed that the wolves were reborn together with the world, which turned out to be the paradise Kiba had opened. Even Cheza was there in the ending, only, she turned back into her original form i.e. the lunar flower.
The paradise they opened wasn't exactly perfect (actually, it looks a lot like our world). This may be because when Darcia was killed, it could be seen that a black mist spread from the remaining eyeball, dispersing into the reborning world. I think it represented sin.

but when they were reborn, they were reborn as 100% humans right? they were'nt wolves anymore?

The ending of Wolf's Rain had me confused. Why were they brought back....were they brought back as humans..or wolves once again? Arg....but kiba still is hot..teheh

To me, I thought that the ending was weird and sad. I mean at the end everybody died.
After that I don't know what happened though.

It wasn't told in the ending that they were already human, so even then, they still could be their wolf-self. The last scene in the "new world" that's obviously ours, it could imply that the world is ending again, and it could also imply that wolves may be living among us in the guise of humans in the present. Well, perhaps.

I've seen the ending! It was pretty weird. It's kinda like sailor moon if you've seen the ending. They're reborn^^
