Differend between otaku in the USA and USSR

hi komrads. we from difference country, and we want to know difference between our otaku(USSR) and otaku in USA.
p.s our english very bad we can write only simple phrase. So gomen ^^ суки ебаные янки нехуя все равно не поймут пидары

cool, AO's international appeal is growing even more, I have no idea, you can you tell me what a USSR Otaku is like that way we can compare, as far I am concerned, an Otaku is an Otaku no matter where you are.

Then you should have said Otaku(Ukrainian), not otaku(USSR)
