No, but their minds "cache" it. There are things in Disney's more recent (*cough* Eisner *cough*) movies that are innappropriate. That is why they have a few PG13 animations out there. The problem lies in that there are parents that hear Disney and automatically assume that it's safe when that is no longer the case. "That movie was to violent!" "She wasn't wearing enough!" Well, duh... it's PG/13. If your kid is to young for the rating don't let them watch it no matter who makes it.
The sad thing is that Disney used to have a deserved reputation for being kid freindly. Now they are mearly "marketable".
