i've been welcomed and I try to do the same when I get a chance. enthusiastic noobs don't really hurt anyone, and help the threads. otherwise it's just one big boring chat room with the same bunch of losers.

I only Welcome the non-idiotic ones. Too bad there hasn't been any here for awhile.
Ocassionally I'll drop them a welcome. It isn't something I do often nor make an effort to. If I feel like it I do. It's always nice to hae a few more posts under my belt too.
I try to welcome all noobs...even if I don't get posts for it... :lurk:
I try to welcome new comers to the site but sometimes forget to do it. I think the reason for doing this is just to be friendly and great people, which is kind of what i do anyway!!!
I am with you on that one lol we do have alot of new members hitting the siteQuote:

I didn't mean to sound harsh, but I don't like making friends with complete strangers, most whom will never make it past 20 posts anyway, and disappear as quickly as they appear. There's always a new member featured at the bottom every time I visit here, and I don't plan to be friends with the thousands of people who post here. If I ever welcome someone, it's a friend I already know, or someone who looks like they might make more than one post. I love having someone new come in, but only if they are going to make posts like the regulars here have.
