I have heard, more then once, a salesman or customer try and convince a parent that a M game would be perfect for their 13 year old. I have also been there when an unfortunate, shocked parent has returned a game they were told would be fine. Sometimes they didn't find out what was on it until their kid had been playing for over a week. They just didn't walk in at the right moment.
