Do you have WinXP? and if so, did you install SP2? (big update about a month ago)

If you answered yes to the two above...you might have been hit by the bug =P
It's an issue regarding the popup blocker by Microsoft for IE, it doesn't happen for all sites, it just blocks some. The first link on the google query below helps you a little....but i'm not sure if they found a full fix for it yet.

    http://www.google.ca/search?q=page+c...ayed+sp2&hl=en

You might also want to run virus scans or adaware scans to make sure those aren't blocking the site somehow.....

your other solution is to download firefox (Mozilla browser, much safer than IE)and try and use that to access the site,

if it still doesn't work......i'm out of ideas right now >.<
I'll download firefox, it should work, hopefully.

    hmm....
you can try http://www.uni.cc/ or http://www.freedomain.co.nr/ too.

But if you want a .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz/.us for free, there is a free domain name program from Freebie Bombard. In this program, you must have 200 points to get one domain name. To get points you must complete their offers. Maybe to earn 200 points need a long time, but if you really want top level domain name you need to check this out. Simply, click here to register or learn more!

...and I have some registered .info domain for trade, if anyone interested please PM me and I'll give you my domain list.

Probably a DNS resolving issue you're encountering. You can try and use a proxy to re-route yourself to that website and see if that works for you. Google for free proxies, and set it up tools/internet options/connections/lan settings. If that doesn't work contact your web service provider for more information.
