If you read the transcript of the conversation, the little 'tard has no idea what he is saying. He want to use MySQL to bring down the site but he doesn't he know what MySQL is.

There WAS a Security Exploit reported in MySQL a few months back... but as long as your patch level is up to date there shouldn't be an issue....
