Thread: The Fake Roses

The roses,
...the ones for so long,
that i have held to.
now the petals show,
thier true color,
one of disgust.
i toss the flowers,
being roses in disguise.
poor things...
pretending to be something,
they are not.
i thought they were beautiful,
but i was mislead.
now i will be more careful.
i'll take the one's with the thorns,
at least next time.
those are the real one's.
the one's that come,
with good and bad.
now to let these petals die,
and serve a TRUE purpose,
instead of one of deceit.
be the nutruients,
to true beauty....
....
real beauty....
....
real roses............
