Fake tears

It just makes me mad
Makes me see your selfishness
you believe that being depressed is the new fad
I admit your life won't be exactly flawless

You cry over the simplest of things
whle a 8 year old is orphaned
taking care of 3 other siblings
she stays strong never to complain about being burdened

Or when a man gives up food
just for his childs diabetes medicine
He actually has a life thats valued
And he will suffer through endless famine

You say your so Depressed
I say your one sad soul
Who is blind to the millions oppressed
And shall never be truly sad untill they have lived in the hellhole
Just like they have

This was good, but I think ure being a little too harsh on your friend :]

I think you have a certain way of looking negative on certain things, nevertheless you described your feelings well and that made this poem a good one like intented.

good poem but some people do have a lot of problems like me or like your friend but you never know

I liked this one I felt the feeling in it and got the shivers.
