Being a vegen isn't all salads and tofu. You'll be suprised at all the different kinds of meals you can actually eat. Tomato, pasta, cerals, bread.... unless you're a full vegen who won't eat eggs and things.
Now I eat fast food time to time, usually only when I go out during the day which isn't very often.
I used to eat a lot of it when I was working however. Around my old workplace there was pretty much nothing but fast food, since I worked in the middle of the city in a department store. I put on weight. But now, I pretty much stay at home all day, do nothing, eat hardly anything and I've lost 10 kilos in a month.
Now fast food is all well and good AS LONG as you eat other things and E.X.E.R.C.I.S.E
Yes the big E word. That's what's wrong with our society today, people don't exercise enough. alot of people think that eating heathly will solve everything.
You can eat a mountain full of fast food and crap, but as long as you burn all the energy that's in the high fat content you won't gain weight.
That's what I'm doing now, I'm going to start exercising more, start swimming again and go on runs. If I'm losing weight by doing jack all, imagine how much I'll lose if I actually exercise. Wish me luck ne?
