Thanks for the notice Len Miyata. I can't wait until firefox 2.0 is finally released. Hopefully by then all problems(if any left) will be fixed.

For those of you who have installed Firefox 1.0.5 and noticed that some application extensions/plugins were broken, (and for those of you who have not upgraded to Firefox 1.0.5) Firefox 1.0.6 has been released.
If you have Firefox 1.0.5, and have encountered no problems (so far), there is no real reason to upgrade to 1.0.6, as it is just a compatibility fix with no new security updates...
Mozilla anouncement for Firefox 1.0.6.

I spent over an hour trying to install, uninstall, re-install, fiddle with the profiles, and nothing worked. I eventually was able to uninstall it and return 1.0.3 to work.
