Macross, nuff said.
The first 1 I can remember has gotta be Dragonball,
I think the 1 that really did it for me though was
Neon Genesis. That thing just tripped me out, the way
it ended, after that I became an anime junkie for life

Uh my first was........ Ummm... I'm pretty sure it was Inuyasha. Then I went on to Evangelion and . Hack and all that other cool stuff

I've answered this so many time I can't remember but what the hay?
The first anime I remember watching was the 1980's Astro Boy series when I was about 4 years old.
But it wasn't until I was 14 when my cousin directed me and my sister to watch SBS (Channel 28 on Australian TV) on Saturday night (we used to watch the Kung Fu movies they used to play) That was where we saw Akira and Ghost in the Shell.
Then around Christmas 1998, SBS began playing ads for a series called Neon Genesis Evangelion. ^^ That started on January 2nd 1999. We watched that and we were hooked. Two years later, my sister lost interest in Anime... but my interest has never faded, nearly 7 years later.
So Evangelion was my real first anime, soley responsible for the fangirl you see today.

I was 7 when I watched my frst anime, I think it was either Akazukin Chacha or Saber Maritonnette J to X...
My first anime was Galaxy Express. It was in the early 90's. I was a little kid then. We used to have a videotape. I wish I had saved that.
