I'd imagine "goodbye" threads be spammerific.

by that logic

all intro threads should be banned
all birthday threads should be banned
all "do you 'a' is greater than 'b' threads" should be banned
etc. i dont need 2 spell it to you - by the above logic All threads should be banned and everyone should only put thoughts opinions and questions in the journals or pm each.


i think some members are maybe starting to develope paraniod phobias of spam.

i also thought that any thread that had not been replied into the last 30 days was considered dead unless stickied?

Intro threads don't add to your post count.
B-day threads as I've noticed are very rare exceptions made only for established members and staff members.
"Favorites" type threads are against the rules.

What else ya got?

EDIT: Maybe birthday threads should meld themselves into the intro forum? Just a thought.

hmm...i think it's a good idea 'cause i know i might think about leaving AO one day...when i feel i'm too old to be an AO member, but that's just me....yeah, for now, i just wanna enjoy all the good times at AO....

I have noticed something...... the fact that people are quick to throw out names just because they dont understand, or dont agree. Frankly put, I dont care what anyone else's opinion is of my or anyone elses intelligence is..... so if someones got a problem, they should speek it in private...not on the forums.
