Why, in the section stating which fireworks are/aren't allowed, does it say that all the illegal fireworks are allowed with a permit? because I know they would ban them, :\
Yeah fourth of July for the American folks and yes how is everyone's weekend?? no no this is not those "journal entry in a thread" because my thread has a purpose. Just want to share this website to everyone:

this site is not own or affialiate to me in any way, but on the bottom it has all the laws regarding fireworks for the 50 states... if you're like me who is going to buy some fireworks this site should be good, you know you don't want to spend the weekend in jail

I guess it doesn't factor in the state law vs. the city laws, but I already have neighbors shootings tons of fireworks and no cops had yet to stopped them

Re: Fourth of July HAHAHA!!!!!!!! Fireworks not allowed???? Tell THAT one to my adopted dad!HEHEHEHE!!!!! We've just stocked up on fireworks for this weekend! Our big blowout is going to be deticated to our American Troops fighting overseas for our country. BTW, our neighbor is a county cop, so he's coming to sit on our lawn tomorrow night with a big nacho casserole and beach chairs!!!!! lol!
Oh yeah, off the record here, we have enough firepower to keep the neighbors in surrounding streets awake for a good couple of hours!!!!!!!!:

Because there are fireworks that are illegal to own unless you have a liscence that says you know how to use them. Even then you have to get permits from the city involved for purchase. Example: arial and rocket fireworks that cities purchase for display.Originally Posted by Dreadhawk

I'm getting fireworks today, for the last two weeks, I've heard nothing but firecrakers night and day, so it'll be fun for the final bang this monday. My family goes over to a bunch of friends' house and we combine all of our fireworks and don't stop lighting for hours.
I don't really like 4th of July....(no offense to those who like it) Well I live in Omaha,NE and well...there r a lot of hispanics and what I don't seem 2 get is that they celebrate the 4th of July more than the 5 de mayo.....I HATE 4th of July...My neighbors kids start making a lot of noise then the fireworks come and it's just too noisy....
Oh a lady across the street got arrested for selling firecrackers to little 5 year old kids without a permit...
If they really had a desire to live, they would've been more aware of how easy it is to die.
