it must be new and if its the title im thinking of then it is new, havnt gotten around to reading it yet, mind telling me something about it?

I haven't seen this manga either................but here is a short synopsis for you:

From shoujo manga author Tanemura Arina, Full Moon wo Sagashite follows the dreams of a 12-year-old girl, Mitsuki, who wants to become a singer. Her throat cancer is an obstacle to that dream, but when two visiting Shinigami tell her she has only a year left to live, she decides she must pursue her dream before it's too late. The series is still running in Ribon and consists of three volumes so far.
