    Funimatioin Relicences Tenchi Muyo?

    Good idea or bad idea. I have been trying to find stuff on this I don't know if they are getting the original voice actors or not. Anyone know anything about this?

    Anime News Network has reported that for the Funimation dub of the 3rd Tenchi Muyo OVA, the only non-returning voice is the actress who did Ryoko... All of the other voice actors who worked on the Pioneer dub apparently have been hired by Funimation...

    Funimation only has the license for the 3rd Tenchi Muyo OVA, and the TV series Tenchi Muyo GXP, all of the other remaining Tenchi material are still licensed by Geneon Animation...

    Tenchi Muyo Ryo-oki, Tenchi Universe, and Tenchi In tokyo still belong to Pionner then whats the third OVA?

    Good Question. I knew there was an ova(13episodes), tenchi universe, tenchi in tokyo, and tenchi muyo GXP. So where does this third ova fit in?

    The 3rd OVA is a direct extention and continuation of the original 1st and 2nd (13 episode) OVA series. I belive the 3rd OVA is schedualed for a 6 episode run, and is still currently in production...
