Gallery Poll

Ok addressing a new issue... The gallery veiwers... should we make it available to all members?
This will cause leeching of you wallers, and people that submit images keep that in mind. Or should we just keep the gallery the way it is.

decide ^_^, and after the poll closes ill show the owner and we'll see if we can open the gallery to all members. This is a open poll, so people will know what you voted.

Instead of senior memebrs only being avble to veiw the gallery, regular members will get to as well "not otakus, the people that just came here... u will have to post some ya' know."

I get to ask does what you just said mean that I and the new guys wouldn't be able to see the gallery or do I just get the whole thing wrong.

It would be great if all members are allowed to view the wallpaper section in the Gallery. If you want to be just a little bit more strict, you should allow all the people, who have atleast 50 or 100 posts. 500 posts is just TOO much!!!

junior members still won't get the privilage... but you lose junior status very fast. Once you become a regular member is what the poll is about.
i thnk around 50 posts or so "instead of the current 500 posts"

"And to become a senior member you still have to get 500 posts that will not change"

But in order to veiw the gellery i would like to see it open to regular members "that are willing to post at ao and not leech"

It would be great if all of the people, who has more than 50 posts and active, are given the senior member title. Maybe that is too much to ask. Atleast 100 post is fine.

Once again this poll is about the gallery only.
If you wanna custom title you'll have to stay active ^_^.

Back on topic.

It doesn't take much to be a regular memebr so opening the gallery for regular members would be a nice thing.

I dont think it should be opened for all.... but maybe reduce the number of posts.... well not to 50... but maybe 200.....

Well when I had a lot of walls in the gallery, I didn't care who downloaded, I liked the attention and I was hoping people would notice my name. I even started bragging to my friends about the number of people who were downloading my stuff. It made me feel important. You guys also used to have a maximum on how many wallpapers you could download in a day. If you limited it to five, it would take months to download all the wallpapers and would deter pretty much everyone from leeching....

I know this is a little off topic, but I think people should get credit for posting comments in other parts of the gallery...

why not create several tier levels

100 posts or 20 uploads (quality uploads) and monthly posts of 25+ = community member

1000 posts / 100 (wallpaper or scans) uploads = lifetime community member

I really cant imagine any leecher make that kind of effort, to visit a anime wallpaper gallery

i still think this way to go - But im glad to see the rules are be re-examined.

Edit: just out of wonder has the gallery uploads qty suffered due to the new ruling.

what about people like me that only uploads my art and doesn't even care about wallpapers.Does that mean i couldn't go to the gallery?Cuz that would be unfair.
