GFX'er website layout search

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a GFX'er that can make a website layout for my site, [LINK REMOVED] and if you can, code it in php with the tables and tr. (If you can't, it's fine as I can get someone else to do it). This is for free and the only reward is a staff position on the site :) . If you are interested, please message animeoutcast.net and send your entire layout (preferrably zipped) to some upload site such as megaupload or yousendit, and private message me the link on the forum.
