Wow, the worlds such a sad place? Comments?Lately, lest ya been living under a rock, there has been a scandalous and vile trade of Gore for Porn issue all over the news on how soldiers based in Iraq is trading the pictures of war dead for their own pleaure of downloading porn....!
First thought, i thought that is so totally in disrespect to the dead, it is pathetic, sickening and totally immoral like no other. much like the abu ghaid case of suffering prisoners by the wardens...!
I thought out from all that skin of evolution into a humane, controlled, logical, morally educated and good mind of a human being can actually do that!!!
I thought surprisingly, soldiers should be well trained not to do such things isn't that right, even in war....!
I thought the fella who started it all should be whisked out in the public and apologize to them war dead soldiers and also the families of those unidentified corpses!
what the hell is this world coming to....???
Really, please be kind and reply a bit on this thread, would be good if you can tell me how you feel about all this vile trade!

Kind of hard to believe they would go through all that when all you have to do is an image search on google if you're really down and out for porn.

Well, I am sorry to admit this....but it isn't exactly hard for me to believe this kind of thing could happen. The human soul is capable of anything, from the darkest evil to the greatest good. Anything is possible, though it is astonishing to realize exactly what others are in fact capable of comitting--as well as what they will actually do. It is very tragic, but we are also capable of great things...good can not exist without evil, as they say. However, it is still very hard to comprehend the minds of people that commit such acts--perhaps I am glad I do not.

I've heard of this, and the information here is a bit skewed.
There is a site on the web which hosts personals and pornography. The site allows each of it's members to post a personals ad, and pornography of themselves if they wish. The site requires a one time fee to access it. However, soldiers in Iraq cannot use credit cards or have any other methods of sending money, therefore the site owner, in a show of generosity posted that if you were serving in Iraq, and sent an image proving you were indeed a soldier there, then you would be granted access to the site.
Now this was fine, people would send images of themselves standing with their rifles, or leaning against a tank, or standing with their troopmates. However, after a while, some people decided that "proof they were in Iraq" included sending gorey images, and so they did. This was pretty isolated at first, however after some time people on the site started to want to see more of these "insiders images" from Iraq (in that every image submitted to the webmaster as proof that they served in Iraq was put in their profile gallery because this site revolves around members and their pictures) And before you knew it, some soldiers started submitting vast quantities of gore filled images from the battlefields, and the site's other users from around the world kept demanding more. So this whole thing turned into soldiers putting more gore up if the other site members put more porn up, and it got out of control.
