I have 2 subbed episodes, and thaat's about it, I can't find any, but I have heard there are at least 12.

Ahem..., Gun X Sword is still showing in Japan, with episode 9 (out of 26) just shown this week. The series has already been licensed for US distribution by Geneon Entertainment, which explains the lack of fansubs...
