no..his gundam is "nu gundam" but this one is called "hi-nu gundam".

The Hi-Nu Gundam is a better version of the RX-93 Nu Gundam and is called the RX-93 Hi-Nu Gundam

thats Hi-nu gundam from the game Super Robot War Alpha 3. im not sure if it has movie or not but the mobile is more powerful than the normal nu gundam in the game which i can use him and gundam wing zero to own the entire army in a few turns ^_^

...These MS are only in the game or novels and never made into the series. They're either ideas thats never been used or made specifically for the Super Robot War game.
