it has an ending in the fact that it told all of the girls and the targel partners stories to compeation and thus go into the hole life cycle of the program they where drafted into. wich as far as i can tell was the hole point to the series.
The anime was kinda "meh" in my opinion. It starts out okay for the first 3-4 episode, then I swear, the series was extremely SLOW and Boring by around the 6-7ish episode. The lack of enough gunfighting scenes kinda turned me off. I didn't get past the 8th episode.

Watch it and read the manga and the two are almost totally different. I was hoping for some more shot-gun action like in the manga.
