Yes, I once broke my ankle during a martial arts training regimen. We were asked to kick the post that is firmly fixed on a dry ground. So, in the process, I broke it. Haha. Then I channeled my Chakra and repaired my ankle. Monks can do that, you know.

ive sprained my ankle on more than one occasion. not the greatest feeling in the world. all you can do i wrap it or put a brace on and just keep goin your own way. i do sympathazie though. hope it gets better so you can keep doing what you love.

I had to keep an ice pack on it alllll night....GAH it was all water in the morning...it freaked me out...I was like "WHT!" cuz this cold bag of water was touching my leg.

i sprained my ankle playing soccer. played it off cuz i'm tough. i think i also sprained it playing baseball. but according to my father who is a certified nurse said it was a torn ligament or something. it is surprising i haven't broken more bones. i've jumped off a 2nd story balcony, ran into a wood shed at full speed or "run into shed: no ****ing around," thorwn through a windshield, hit by a car, and hit 4 times with a metal baseball bat. choose to believe it or not. but it has happened.

i've sprained my right ankle about 7 times if i remember correctly, but i've never sprained my left ankle before...and everytime i sprain my right ankle, i feel like crying. it's so painful! if you sprain it lightly, it doesn't hurt as much...but if it's a serious sprain, it kills...i guess that's why my right ankle's so weak compared to my left. it's been seriously sprained 7 times...wow...i wouldn't be surprised if my right ankle was fractured.
