where have you been ;p didn't you know actually Microsoft bought Bungie way back when Bungie first showed off some of Halo and it was still a RTS overhead view game. Then they had them turn it into a FPS. Its the same reason the first one was xbox only for so long. Till finally they went to branch it out, especially since they couldn't go live with the first one

Me = Providence Rhode Island for College (RISD).

My X-Box = Fort Worth Texas back home.

Halo 2 = Sitting right here, hasn't been played because no x-box.

Ouch, Im glad I will be taking my xbox to collage. Even if I didn't, the collage I am going to is only a three hour drive from my house.

yeah Microsoft owning them is why they say supposedly even the first Halo wasn't finished as they wanted and was rushed. Hence the repetition in levels and backtracking. Also that its why Halo2's campaign left us hanging
