In the last two relationships I had, they never really said "I love you" often. I think that if a relationship has lots of "I love you"s it could be pretty superficial. I don't know. That's what I think. Esp among teenagers... the phrase doesn't really mean much. It's all so... shallow. I remember telling my boyfriend once "I love you" and he laughed, gave me a hug and said, "Thanks. Love you too." I'm not much of a romantic. ^^;;

Ah yes this brings across a good point. nowadays it's like the word love is just something to throw around at people. it's as if it has almost lost it's meaning.

At the present times I think the word love does not mean anything anymore in

realtionships.....

I think saying I love you is not the point that you love him/her......

maybe you should feel it to him/her to prove it.....

Absolutely.
Sometimes I wonder about those cases where guys tell girls, "I love you," and the girls get so turned on they willingly do anything for the guys... it makes me wonder what made them fall in love with those guys in the first place. I mean, why would I want to be in a relationship where I would have to comply with my partner's every say? Sounds kind of silly, right? That's not mutual anymore. It's just a one-sided thing. And obviously, the girls/guys who get turned on just by a kiss or an "I love you" must be pretty shallow to some extent... or just terribly desperate for a relationship.

They only use them to feel you are popular or something......

But when he/she knows that...... You'll be sorry......

I'd never have the guts to say " I love you " unless I really meant it. The phrase itself makes me feel pretty queasy. The first time I said it I gave myself goosebumps. +__+
