    Exclamation Help

    where do i give complaints about something serious about someone
    because this Reaper66 guy has been sending me hateful and explict pvt messages, the first time he was telling me things like having bugs up a as*es
    but i tried to forget all that, now he sent me another message titled-
    'JESUS GET OVER YOURSELF' which was something i didnt want to hear
    and found very offensive, and in it he wrote-
    'YOU REALLY NEED TO GET THAT SAND OUT OF YOUR V*GINA '
    why did he say THAT, he's the one who got me pissed off from the very second day.
