Uhh... try putting ur pic in Paint (every comp should have this). Then just cut down the size.

you should say that it is only for Photoshop. It existe some server that permit img hosting. This is utilized for anime talk.

Just load the image up into Adobe Photoshop, or Jasc Paint Shop Pro... Save it as Jpeg or Bitmap, or Gif.

Jpeg can be reduced in quality thus, making the filesize smaller. Photoshop and PSP have a nice sliderbar to help you choose the quality of compression.

Gif, will compress the file to include 256 colors and 256 only. So it will try and group up whatever colors it finds that match someway or another, and compresses the iamge by taking out extra unneeded colors.

Bitmap is another compressed form, not as good a comrpessor as Jpeg but still not too bad.

Hehe....this is wat i did actually....its kinda corny way but hey...if u wanna do it the cheap way then i guess this is the way to go
