Click on the link that says "Gallery", click on a catorgy you want to upload in, click the link that says "Upload Photos," click the "Browse" button, browse to the image you want to upload and select it and click OK, then click "Upload/Submit"

Keep in mind that a submitted scan will not show up right away in the Gallery. Submitted scans must first be approved by one of the Gallery Moderators before it is available for general viewing...

Actually I will tell you the reason... All the scans you are sumbiting are either too small or the quality is just terrible. For that they are not approved...
