The Web Forum software does not support changes in User/Account names. The only way to change is to start a new EAO User account, and stop using the current one. (Of course, you loose your post count, but since your new, this isn't a issue...)

Logout of the current account click Register at the top and go from there in username put a username you would like not your email address

when i log off and go back to home iam logd on again.

You need to log off and then clear your browser's cookie files. Just logging out isn't enough because your computer still has login cookies stored in the cookie folder.
